The molds are off

and other things are going down.... lots of pictures. I keep contacting the loan people to stay on top of that I don't want any delays when it is time to close things are moving so fast with the build.

Question for those that installed the additional insulation discuss it with your PM?

    On the installation of insulation the PM turns the blind eye in our neighborhood. He can't tell you that you can put it in but he's not going to rip it up if it magically shows up one day

    They've done a lot in just a few days. Did PM tell you when they would be dropping your wood?

    My husband brought up the do-it-yourself insulation at the pre-construction :(. PM said something about "well, it's hard to get the timing right (between inspection and drywall)" but he also didn't say NO. We are going to try and insulate as many areas as we can for both sound and temperature.

      He siad Friday they will drop the lumber and begin framing next week.
