ReplyDeleteNice! Wish we had the basement as an option. We are using the Bonus room as DH's mancave and we opted for the extra bedroom downstairs for guest. I can't wait to see your progress since your build is ahead of ours and we both have the new Ravenna model. Which elevation did you choose? We chose Elevation E but it's still being reviewed by the Architectural Review Board for final approval
ReplyDeleteThanks, I can't wait to see how your build goes as well. We are the last Ravenna and the only version 2 in our neihborhood. The new section they are starting doesn't offer the Ravenna so it looks like we will be one of a kind in the neighborhood. We choose Elevation D with Partial stone. We get two additional feet in the living room and bedroom 3 with this option and my front porch a must have for me :)
ReplyDeleteHey I just noticed you said tray ceilinh "with lights"; were the lights an upgrade that you requested? We want lights but did not realize it was an option.
ReplyDeleteOur SR told us about them. She is great.
DeleteWe are building this elevation as well in Pittsburgh, PA. We walk our lot on Monday and sign papers. I am going to love watching your progress. I don't have a blog but I think I've been on everyone's blog looking at ideas etc.
ReplyDeleteThat is wonderful congrats! I am really pleased with the changes they made to the Ravenna Model. You should start a Blog and join the fun!
