House wrap and non-standards

We got the windows next the fire place which are non-standard in some areas but standard in ours. I first noticed that they had not been installed when they framed that side of the house and contacted our PM who said that non-standard items do not come in the lumber package but are installed upon arrival. Which doesn't really make sense but okay I will go with it. Until I show up Wednesday to see that the house wrap has been installed and they have installed the switch box for the fireplace where one of the windows belongs.

I contacted the PM and said the same thing don't worry, I will take care of it and thanks PM you get a gold star for this one! They fixed it.  I guess it could have been worse considering one of the other houses in the community they are building the front porch roof fell off!

    Love all the windows in the house. I skipped the extra windows in the family room based on where the TV will be placed, but parts of me wish we opted for them.

    Glad that got resolved! Looks great! And a roof falling off??!! They probably wish no one saw that ;-)

      Me too I hope other things work out as well. Right everyone was so surprised o see it on the ground! We don't know if the buyers saw it or not. but I think they did....

    A roof falling off is really scary Im glad no one got hurt.You all have alot of light from all those windows your going to be pretty busy chosing more window treatments huh! Meanwhile I still have a ton of brand new furniture we bought for our old house that I think I need to have a yard sale!

      it is very scary! Yes I am and it is going to be fun! :) You shoud put it on craigs list. We posted something and got a few hits the very next day.

    Very nice - look at all those beautiful windows! House looks good in it's space suit (which hopefully saves some $ on the utility bills). Yes, they had to frame for some of my side windows on site too but PM put them where I requested so we're good :)

    I saw the porch roof just laying in the yard too - hopefully they installed correctly now.
