The realtor stopped by took pictures and we signed the contract with her. We had some guys working on the decks so she was going to come back during the week to take pictures of the outside and then post the house for rent. The following day we are on our way in the community and the neighbor stopped us and says his family is there and they want to see the house. Long story short the realtor didn't even have to come back or post the house on the web, the two year lease is signed and the tenants will move in on the 1st!!!!
We signed our contract to build last July and are just amazed at how this entire process has been blessed from the beginning. Even with all of the delays and what we thought were set backs was actually God working in our favor to bless us with a beautiful home and new beginning!
Wow, I had a very similar situation happen w our condo. God is good! Have a safe and blessed move.

ReplyDeleteFantastic news! Enjoy your move into your new home.
ReplyDeleteGod sends us gifts all the time, sometimes those gifts are much more obvious than others. It takes belief to recognize all and be thankful. We are in the same exact scenario during this whole home sales, rental, and purchase process. And we thank God for every moment of it.
ReplyDeleteWe are so greatful! Everytime I see or walk into our house it feels like our home.

ReplyDeleteGreat news! We had a similar situation as well. We moved into our Ryan home last August but we have been working on remodeling our condo ever since. We've run into a lot of problems and taken on more projects than we originally planned. We ended up just gutting the whole place! All three bathrooms, every interior door, the kitchen, and ALL of the flooring! We are just about done finally! We were walking towards the dumpster one day when one of our neighbors stopped us and said that her lease is up at the end of July and she would like to rent our condo instead since it's bigger than the one she currently rents! We were going to hire a property management company but it has taken care of itself!
ReplyDeleteThat is wonderful! Many people have told me that if you are close to the property managing theproperty your self is the way to go.
