Long time no see...

It's been a long time but we are still here! Loving our new home and sharing it with our friends and family is the best part. As promised here are some pictures. We added the crown after we moved in and we love how it turned out. We hung two ceiling fans and replaced the light in the dining room too. The fridge came but I don't have a picture to post.

  2. If you don't mind, can you tell us how much you paid for the molding/trims? We paid around $3k to Ryan and does not look nearly as good as yours. Thanks

  4. Dear Manning Family, your home shows better than model home! That's is one absolutely beautiful home. Love those bathrooms and all that ceramic. The kitchen is super elegant. The contrast between hardwood floors and white walls really make the house shine.. I fear there might be a 'little' bit of dusting in your future cleaning plans!!

  5. Pretty HOME & GReat shots!! Your entire house looks exactly like mine--kitchen, hardwood etc! Ella is right! The espresso floors are to die for BUT they are a BEAST to maintain. We have a shoeless policy! SO ALL SHOES MUST BE REMOVED, PLUS FOR I HAVE SOCKS IN A BASKET FOR US/FAMILY TO WEAR BECAUSE THE FOOTPRINTS SHOW UP TOO. We have a central vaccum that helps tremendously!!

  7. Your home is very lovely! We are about to break ground on a Ravenna elevation C. I noticed that there isn't a door at the top of the stairs to the 4th bedroom. We are considering moving our door too. Would you mind posting a photo of where the door is and would you mind telling me how much Ryan charged you for moving the door?
    Thanks so much!
