Patience is a Virtue

We have decide to go with NVR as our lender and are waiting to hear back to see if they have approved our loan. We provided all of our initial information back in July but with vacations, end of the month issues and request for more information etc. our loan was not assigned to an Underwriter until September 17. They have given us the standard “it will take 7 to 10 business days” (which have been the longest of my life) so hopefully we will know by tomorrow or early next week…. Has anyone else used NVR and how long did it take for a response?

We are building a Rome in Maryland and just broke ground two days ago!

You should join my blog and check out my journey! To answer your question, I truly understand the virtue of patience and not as a cliche! My husband and I have had an amazing journey so far.
